520			_aThe Current Study inspects the impact of corporate governance on the working capital management of small cap firms. Thus small cap manufacturing firms listed in NSE small cap index are taken as a sample for the purpose of study for the period of 4 years, 2014 to 2018. therefore, we have used various components for corporate governance such as Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Remuneration and Nomination committee in order to calculate the CGS. The results indicate that the impact of corporate governance on working capital does not lead to any efficiency.
