520 _aLearning Organisations are those that develop the Capacity and Capability to Transform themselves into intelligent Proficient engines of Change in such a way that the learning inside is equal to or greater than that occuring outside.This article is based on research project which was undertaken to determine the Leadership predictors of a learning organisation. Data was collected from 644 respondents from two IT firms-Infosys 332 and Wipro 312 using the Survey method in which questionnaires were used. The Leadership Profile Survey (LPS) developed by Marshall Sashkin and W E Rosenbach 1996 was administered to the same sample to determine the leadership behaviors and characteristics as perceived by the employees.
