Human Values are necessary in todays management. There are many ways in which the basic human values- trust, righteousness, peace, love and non-violence can be practiced in the day to day conduct of business. Work takes the most significant and important place in humna life because people devote their significant amout of time to work and they stay at the workplace. Study of workplace has taken important role as people are not just interested in working for making money, but they are also equally concerned with the overall experience of work, the job, the place, the people so on and so forth.
