With the emphasis on businesses being driven by Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Machine Learning and Cloud computing brings a greater responsibility to the Business and Management to utilise and incorporate these technology into HR system. HR Analytics being the latest technology used across most of the IT companies globally which starts with collecting, managing and analyzing big data which is stored in various forms within the organization. The objective of this paper is to understand the role of HR Analytics on employee performance improvement and analyze the collected data through primary research to propose recommendations and suggestions which will be showcased through a model helping organizations to take strategic decisions during performance management process.
