Role Efficacy is defined as the potential effectiveness of the individual. This study extracted the factors of RE from Pareek's role Efficacy Scale. The RES has ten role aspects that are further recomposed as three role dimensions in its 20 statements. Regression analysis revealed that the key to a role holder's performance potential lies in his centrality, his perception about the importance of his work.
