It further attempts to study the moderating impact of Lotus of Control on Organisational Role Stress and Psychological Well Being relationship. The Study consisted of 210 middle level managers belonging to public and private sector organisations of Delhi/NCR region. Statistical tools like descriptive statitics, correlation and regression were used to test the hypothesized model. A negative and significant association was found between Organisational Role Stress and Psychological Well Being.
