<br/><br/> "Among various issues pertaining to quality in higher education and research in Indian Plagiarism is the most prominent one. Still india lies behind other countries of the world including China in terms of Quality of Publications as revealed by many studies. To make India as a globally competitive economy, the quality of higher education and research needs complete overhaulby improving the infirmities in research publications. Eradicating Plagiarism from research papers will lead to effective mechanism to place indian Universities among top versities of the world. The present paper is an attempt to identify various dynamics of plagiarism and suggest a model framework for institutional policy making related to plagiarism by use of technology platforms and nitty-gritty of jargons."
