Thus small cap manufacturing firms listed in NSE small cap index are taken as a sample for the purpose of study for the period of 4 years, 2014 to 2018. therefore, we have used various components for corporate governance such as Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Remuneration and Nomination committee in order to calculate the CGS.
