SUMMARY, ETC. The Age of AI is transforming various aspects of business, including analytics, product development, and customer experience. However, managing this potential requires organizing and reskilling workforces to utilize both automated and human skills. Harvard Business School professor Raffaella Sadun discussed the reskilling challenge, emphasizing the need for companies to adapt to the technology and invest time and effort in reskilling programs. Upskilling alone may not be enough for millions of workers, and companies must focus on reducing risk, cost, and effort. The average half life of skills is now less than five years and in some tech fields it's as low as two and half years. For millions of workers. upskilling alone wont be enough. Reskilling Program require participants to make a major investment of time. So it is important to try to reduce the risk, cost and effort involved
