The skills are normally compromising of Technical skill, Conceptual skill or Analytical Skill and Behavioral skill. The Execution of such initiatives solely depend upon its communication, articulation, execution and documentation and all these phases are equally important. The Major cause for this is that the young ones although getting educated fast in large quantity, they simultaneously lag in the employability aspects mainly because of lack of skills current sought and preferred in employment market |
