Artificial Intelligence has entered many fields and departments in every aspect of life. including the Human resource Department. This department is the most important strategic factor that immediately drives on organization to profitability. The adoption of innovative technologies in the digital age, business processes, Automation of various processes is expected to lead to widespread changes in the economy and society. An organization needs to locate, recruit and manage talented employees. This study emphasizes the function of recruitment and selection in the human resource department in efficiently using artificial intelligence. It has begun to manage recruitment processes through essential recruiting tools and profile shortlisting. the study aims to recognize the significant role of artificial intelligence in the organizational recruitment processes, analyzing its benefits and limitation. The strategic change in the recruitment sector brought about by its application in the hiring process is also highlighted in this article.
