Ecommerce startups in India have been on rise since the last decade offering numerous product choices to customers. But the startups cannot sustain and flourish only on the vision of the entrepreneur. They need right employees to take the vision forward. findings suggest strong inclination of startups towards applicants with tier1 education institutes qualification and/ or those coming from reputed big groups. High demanding with almost no gestation period and ambiguous nature of the startups during initial growing years throws a challenge while recruiting the desired talent.
